Chuck Sorrell is an expert in his field. With over 22 years in the industry, Chuck has fought on the side of the insured in thousands of claims.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan and has obtained the designations of Associate in Claims (AIC) and Property Claims Law Specialist (PCLS). He has been journeyman certified by the IICRC in Fire Restoration, Water Restoration, and Textile Cleaning. He was selected by the State of Michigan to serve as an expert panelist on testing and education requirements in the Public Adjusting Profession. He is a member of the IICRC and the Society of Claim Law Associates.
Chuck has served as an expert witness in numerous legal disputes related to claims handling practices and bad faith. He presented at the French Consulate to educate the community on how to file and process their claims while he was helping the people of Houston recover from the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. He has held numerous seminars and attended advanced courses on negotiation and advanced dispute resolution.
